Voluntary Consent
I, the undersigned, hereby voluntarily consent to the RedTire Program (“RedTire”), a program affiliated with the University of Kansas School of Business; Entrepreneurship Area, to obtaining, reviewing and distributing personal information collected about me to potential sellers, lenders and other parties involved with RedTire for a period of one (1) year from the date of this signed document. This release of such information includes, but is not limited to the following:
This Authorization and Release allows the appropriate persons and offices to release information about me to RedTire for RedTire’s use and disclosure to potential sellers, lenders or others involved with RedTire. I understand that this information will be used in consideration by a seller and a seller’s authorized agents such as attorneys, accountants, or employees to purchase a business. The use of this information by RedTire is limited solely to the reasons stated above.
I authorize and request every person, firm, company, corporation, governmental agency, law enforcement agency, court, association or institution having control of any documents, records or other information pertaining to me, to furnish to RedTire any such documents, records or other information and to permit RedTire or any of its agents or representatives to inspect and make copies of such documents, records or other information. I hereby release, discharge and, exonerate any person so furnishing documents, records or other information from any and all liability of every nature and kind arising out of the furnishing, inspection or copying of such documents, records, and other information or the investigation made by RedTire.
